Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients sign and pay through a link, no login, no app to install.
Does this replace my CRM?
No, it works alongside it. When a client signs and pays, Outmove provisions their account automatically: a GoHighLevel sub-account from your snapshot, a Trello/Notion/ClickUp record, or anything else via a webhook. It replaces the e-sign tool, form tool, and the Zapier glue between them, not your CRM.
How do payments work?
Connect your own Stripe or Whop, clients pay you directly on your rail, and Outmove marks it paid and starts setting the client up. No middleman: the money goes straight to you.
Is my data secure?
Every workspace is fully isolated, connected credentials are envelope-encrypted and write-only (we can't read them back), and 2FA plus audit logs are built in.
What counts as an “onboard”?
One completed client journey, signed and/or paid, then provisioned. You're billed on outcomes, not seats you'll never fill.
Is there a limit on onboards?
No, onboards are unlimited on every plan. You never pay per client, and nothing is ever blocked mid-onboarding. Plans differ by team seats, workflows, analytics, and branding.
What are Lead Funnels?
A module for the front of your pipeline: branded, mobile-first quiz funnels: they ask a few smart questions to qualify leads before the call. Submissions land in Outmove as leads with every answer attached. On the call, one click on “Onboard” turns the lead into a prefilled close. Included on Core (3 live funnels) and Agency (unlimited, plus per-question drop-off analytics).
